Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the grammage as follows,

- For all orders weighing up to 2kg, 12 euros incl.

- For all orders over 2kg, 20euros TTC

Shipping

Following the validation of the order, we ship the orders within 7 working days. We send an email to our customers during shipment with the package tracking number if applicable. If necessary, we will ship the order in several packages.

Reception  

We invite our customers upon receipt to check in the presence of the deliveryman, the number of packages and the condition of the package contents. In case of breakage, the customer must refuse receipt of the package and inform us as soon as possible. Acceptance of the package, even if the merchandise is damaged, constitutes acceptance of the delivery. Thus, no recourse is possible either with the delivery services or with the Nikka Zubon site. In the event of non-receipt of the package, the customer must make a complaint directly to the carrier.

Customs fees 

Customs charges may be claimed upon receipt of the package by the competent services. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend that you consult the current customs tariffs.

  • Our products have an extension margin of plus or minus 2 cm compared to the displayed size.
  • To make sure that you have the right figure, we recommend that you take the measurement on a pair of trousers that you already have in your wardrobe.

Shipping

Following the validation of the order, we ship the orders within 7 working days. We send an email to our customers upon shipment with the tracking number of the package. If necessary we proceed to the shipping of the order in several packages. 

 

Return and exchange

All our customers have 14 days to change their mind after receiving the package. To do so, they must send us an e-mail to the following address nikkazubon@gmail.com with the order number(s).

On receipt of the request we will send the return details by return email. 

In the following type of case:

- The customer wishes to be refunded for legitimate reasons. After verification of the receipt of the returned package by the customer (the return costs will be charged to the customer), we will proceed with the refund according to the payment method used at the time of the order. 

- The customer wishes an exchange of variation (size or color) of the product. After verification of the receipt of the return of the package returned by the customer (the cost of return will be charged to the customer), we proceed to the exchange of it, we take charge of the cost of return (valid only for the first return, other returns will be charged to the customer).
