Our sales are subject to these general conditions which prevail over all purchasing conditions, unless expressly written down by us. All orders placed with the Nikka-Zubon site constitute acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. These conditions may need to be modified in the event of an update. The conditions below are subject to Japanese law.

The photos and texts presented in our catalogs and publications are, as far as possible, true to reality, they are informative and are not contractual. The customer may exercise his right of return in the event of a significant deviation.

Prices and payment terms
The prices displayed are in euros excluding postage and customs.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the order. These are visibly displayed before payment and validation of the order. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs charges may be claimed upon receipt of the package by the competent services. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend that you consult the customs tariffs in force in each country.
Bank data is recorded via Shopify payments and PayPal, in an encrypted and secure manner. No bank details pass through the Nikka Zubon site.

Shipping and delivery of orders
Following the validation of the order, we ship the orders within 7 working days. We send an email to our customers during shipment with the package tracking number if applicable. If necessary, we will ship the order in several packages.
We deliver to the following countries via Japanese Post:

We invite our customers upon receipt to check in the presence of the deliveryman, the number of packages and the condition of the package contents. In case of breakage, the customer must refuse receipt of the package and inform us as soon as possible. Acceptance of the package, even if the merchandise is damaged, constitutes acceptance of the delivery. Thus, no recourse is possible either with the delivery services or with the Nikka Zubon site. In the event of non-receipt of the package, the customer must make a complaint directly to the carrier.
Right of return
All our customers have 14 days to change their minds from receipt of the package. To do so, he must send us an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org accompanied by the number (s) of the order, the item code (s) and the quantities concerned.
Upon receipt of the request we will send by return email the terms of return.
In the following type of case:

- The customer wishes an exchange of variation (size or color) of product.
