Include Popup Delivery Return
Following the validation of the order, we ship the orders within 7 working days. We send an email to our customers upon shipment with the tracking number of the package. If necessary we proceed to the shipping of the order in several packages.
Return and exchange
All our customers have 14 days to change their mind after receiving the package. To do so, they must send us an e-mail to the following address email@example.com with the order number(s).
On receipt of the request we will send the return details by return email.
In the following type of case:
- The customer wishes to be refunded for legitimate reasons. After verification of the receipt of the returned package by the customer (the return costs will be charged to the customer), we will proceed with the refund according to the payment method used at the time of the order.
- The customer wishes an exchange of variation (size or color) of the product. After verification of the receipt of the return of the package returned by the customer (the cost of return will be charged to the customer), we proceed to the exchange of it, we take charge of the cost of return (valid only for the first return, other returns will be charged to the customer).
