We ship from Osaka, JAPAN.
We process orders within 7 days. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way.
SHIPPING WITHIN JAPAN:
We offer $5 flat rate shipping to Japan.
We also offer free shipping for orders over $300.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs procedures and destination country circumstances.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND VAT:
Our shop does not collect customs duties and import taxes (Sales Tax, VAT etc). Please understand that these fees may be incurred upon receipt, as the price is determined after the product arrives in your country and clears customs.
For more information, we recommend you to consult the current customs tariffs of your county.
Carriers and Tracking Information:
We ship orders using either Japan Post or Yamato Transport (with UPS for international delivery).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Yamato Transport + UPS
Yamato Transport tracking:

Orders are initially shipped from Japan by Yamato Transport. After leaving Japan, delivery is handled by UPS in the destination country.
When your package is transferred to UPS, a new UPS tracking number will be assigned in addition to the original Yamato tracking number. A UPS tracking number will become available once the package enters the UPS network.

IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED:
In the event that your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
